Unspoken Weight

That feeling when your heart feels heavy,
You can’t do anything about what’s eating you from inside,
But who cares, you have to stay strong.

That feeling when people around you seem indifferent,
You can't do anything but feel frustrated,
But who cares, you have to bear with it.

That feeling of guilt — not being able to meet your potential,
You can't even recall your past achievements,
But who cares, you have to thrive in this world.

That feeling when everything seems to be going wrong,
You can’t even talk about it — it’s all so mixed,
But who cares, you have to de-clutter your mind yourself.

That feeling of bursting into tears just because,
You couldn't hold it any longer,
But who cares, you have to handle it.

That feeling of anger over the smallest things,
You can't even control your emotions,
But who cares, you have to calm yourself down.

That feeling when things feel connected, yet disconnected,
And you can’t do anything about it,
But who cares, you can only be hopeful.

That insane feeling of being trapped in unrelated circumstances,
Ones you were never meant to be in,
But who cares, you have to go through it — this is life.
